Our Health and Safety program involves not only the continuous training of our employees, it also includes the close cooperation with our local authorities. Our investment into safety technologies and knowledge is the key preventing accidents and thus we are proud to confirm that we have been remaining accident-free since May 2009.

Our Safety technologies include:

  • Two independent automatic carbon dioxide extinguishers systems
  • Gas and solvent detectors in dedicated areas
  • More than 50 Heat & smoke detectors
  • Gas washers, solvent condensing systems and charcoal filters.
  • Fire protection doors throughout the whole building.
  • A 24 h alarm system for the whole site.
  • Negative air pressure in R&D laboratories and production rooms.
  • Use of appropriate clothing for chemical areas including different types of gloves, masks and filter systems.
  • Regular electrical check-ups of all electric machinery and equipment.
  • Pressurized air supply for workers
  • Video monitoring throughout the whole site

Our Health features include:

  • Safety training on a routine basis.
  • Cooperation with authorities to detect ppm levels of carcinogenic products.
  • Threefold filtered (F5 filters for particle removal) and heated air supply.
  • All work places and offices are completely alcohol and smoke-free.
  • Cleanest work places and strict rules to prevent cross contamination
